Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your thrivehigh.ai subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Important: When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all features until that date
- No charges will be made for subsequent months
- Your account will automatically convert to free tier after expiration
2. How to Cancel
Through Your Account:
- Log in to your thrivehigh.ai account
- Click on your profile icon
- Select "User Profile"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
By Email:
Send a cancellation request to contact@thrivehigh.ai with your registered email address.
By WhatsApp:
Message us at +91 9686447667 with your cancellation request.
3. Refund Policy
Free Trial Period:
- No charges are made during the free trial period
- You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charges
Paid Subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed
- You retain access for the full month you've paid for
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If the service is unavailable for extended periods (>3 days) due to our technical issues
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization
To request a refund for exceptional circumstances, contact us at contact@thrivehigh.ai within 7 days of the charge.
5. Processing Time
- Cancellation: Takes effect immediately; access continues until end of billing period
- Refunds (if approved): Processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
6. Auto-Renewal
thrivehigh.ai subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You will be charged ₹299 each month until you cancel. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges.
7. Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails:
- We will retry the payment 2-3 times over the next few days
- You will receive email notifications about failed payments
- If all retries fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled
- You can reactivate by updating your payment method and subscribing again
